It is my belief that no one is exempt from life's circumstances and working toward mental wellness is something everyone needs at one time or another in life. With compassion and understanding, I am committed to working with each individual client to help them identify and build on their strengths and working toward achieving personal growth. I am an interactive, dialectical behavioral therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support, empowerment and therapeutic guidance to help clients address personal life challenges. I integrate methodologies and therapeutic techniques to offer individualized treatment to each client.
