Put your oxygen mask on before helping others! Going through everyday life can be difficult. We all have times in our lives where having someone to talk to can help us to reach clarity and offers safety. Working with individuals and families to guide empowerment and peace is the focus of my therapeutic services. Black women have been taught to be a "Strong Black Woman" for generations. All women, need to be comfortable with shedding that mantra and understand that it is normal to seek help and doesn't mean you're not strong. It is essential to put yourself first in order be present for others.
