I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State with 10 years of clinical experience working with individuals facing a variety of challenges. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, self-esteem struggles, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma.
