I work with adults, adolescents, and couples, creating a safe and supportive space to process your emotions, understand your story, and find balance. Together, we’ll identify what’s been holding you back and develop practical tools for managing emotions, enhancing communication, and fostering stronger relationships. I also provide Christian counseling.
