My name is Latrice Mitchell, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I truly believe therapy can benefit a wide range of individuals. Everyone needs to feel seen and heard and have a safe space to share parts of themselves that may be hidden from themselves and others. I offer a person-centered approach, creating and building a relationship with my clients while incorporating evidenced-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance, and commitment therapy, solution-focused as well as somatic and mindfulness-based techniques.
