Everyone is effected by life stressors, grief, trauma and adverse experiences differently, and most people need help processing, coping, and healing during these times. I specialize in helping you work through the issue and reach a place of healing and balance. Many of us go through life thinking we have to handle things on our own; however, this maladaptive thinking has led to greater depression, anxiety, and unhealthy coping mechanisms. I offer a safe space for healing and working towards a better quality of life.
