It is essential that my clients are deeply committed to showing up for themselves & our sessions, & can trust themselves & the process enough to navigate internal, stormy terrain while simultaneously surrendering to rest & the blissful indulgence that occurs while contacting & remaining connected to the body. I educate all my clients on white supremacy culture and how immersion in this culture creates disembodiment. Folks who choose to work with me will heal & transform not only intra and interpersonal struggles, but ancestral & cultural trauma as well.
