I help you understand these patterns, so you can learn to respond differently, and become more confident, calm, and connected- at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in somatic and mindfulness practices. Above all, I choose to see you as a human being first, rather than a diagnostic label.
