I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. My aim is to help you reconnect with your resilience, gain clarity, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. I have acquired specialized training in EMDR. EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach most often used to help treat Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It is also used to help easy anxiety, panic attacks, depression and addiction. I have also received training in Somatic Experience which helps heal trauma by connecting the mind and body.
