Hi- I can't wait to hear from you! I've been working closely with children, teens, and families in educational settings for six years. I’m passionate about supporting children and adolescents through life’s challenges. I typically work with youth up to age 18 who are navigating behavioral challenges, attention difficulties, anxiety, depression, school avoidance, and self-harming behaviors. Therapy can be a powerful tool. It provides a safe, supportive space to express thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and build resilience. Therapy also helps young individuals better understand themselves, manage emotions and relationships in healthy ways, and set the foundation for a fulfilling future.
