Do you feel frustrated? Alone? Unsupported? I help couples and families gain an understanding of each other's feelings and needs, re-establish closeness and connection, and successfully work together on significant issues. I individualize my approach to meet each couple's, client's or family's unique needs. Therapy may include verbal counseling and/or nonverbal art therapy explorations. I have had great success helping couples restore their connection, and families learn to regulate their emotions and communicate in meaningful ways. As a Certified Imago Therapist, I can help you create safety in your most important relationships, and learn ways to listen more deeply and communicate more effectively. Also, a board certified art therapist I offer safe ways to help both adults and children recovering from loss and traumatic life experiences.
