I want to help you return to your authentic self in order to feel more at peace. I specialize in trauma, complex trauma, attachment issues & addiction. I have a gentle, compassionate & solution-focused approach, & I would be honored to embark upon your healing journey with you. Therapy and change can be intimidating & challenging, but incredibly rewarding. I look forward to working through these life changes together to help you achieve your goals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on client needs, & I find IFS, EMDR with somatic psychotherapy, and EFT to be most effective. I look forward to meeting you!
