Each person's life story is unique. I hope to help you explore the chapters of your life story that you would like to understand better and improve. These subtle changes can enhance your day to day life today. The first step is recognizing that you want to make changes and then having the courage to do so. I work collaboratively with you or your child to help you explore what can be done to make changes and relieve some of the stressors. I often work with clients who are navigating the intersection of their various identities related to their family, culture, and religion. I provide psychotherapy and assessment services to adults, young adults, adolescents and children. I help folks with their symptoms of anxiety and depression. and with self esteem and relationship issues. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, and have specialties in OCD, trichotillomania, divorce, TBI, dementia, and multicultural issues.
