I am passionate about supporting people who are experiencing grief and recovering from trauma. Everyone experiences grief differently, but my personal experience with grief and trauma informs my work and allows me to approach it from a place of empathy and understanding. My years of experience have taught me that working with a client’s natural strengths can help promote lasting healing and change. I make every effort to create a partnership in which clients feel seen, understood, and supported. In addition to helping clients learn useful coping strategies, I am a trained and experienced EMDR practitioner.
