I create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment for you to discuss the challenges that you currently face. We will partner together to develop tools and coping skills to make positive change and live a happier life. I work with individuals of all ages who are confronted with anxiety, depression and life changes. As I help you reach your goals, we'll work to create productive solutions that will continue to improve and flourish after therapy ends.
