I currently work with individuals who have experienced anxiety and trauma, helping them find safety, resilience, and empowerment in their healing journey. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client, drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, client-centered, and DBT skills. I believe that recovery is not about “getting over” trauma, but learning to move forward with strength and self-compassion. Together, we’ll work toward easing the weight of the past, building resilience, and helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels hopeful and empowering.
