If you are looking for a space to show up as your full self and hold both pain and exploration, you're in the right place. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in bringing a grounded and relational approach to my work. While my experience has focused on supporting those impacted by complex trauma and abuse, I also enjoy working with anyone experiencing life transitions, family of origin issues, marginalization and women's issues. I find it helpful to explore how our mind, body and emotional wellness are connected so that you may find meaning and sustainable tools for healing. My style is collaborative and may draw from attachment, trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches. I enjoy integrating creativity and expressive arts as ways to explore and gain greater self-awareness. Together we can challenge and release narratives that may not serve you and gain insight into core beliefs and their origin.
