I enjoy working with a broad range of clients from children to adults who are affected by trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and mood disorders. Based on my personal and professional experience, I truly believe that with the right care, growth and healing are possible. I use client-centered therapy to empower my clients to take an active role in their care. Using EMDR, CBT, and DBT therapeutic modalities, clients have the opportunity to heal, gain insight, and develop new skills and coping mechanisms.
