My work is grounded in the belief that with understanding and support, you can re-discover your resilience and move toward a life of meaning and connection. My approach is compassionate, direct, and trauma-focused. I’m particularly passionate about working with individuals and couples who are navigating the complexities of lingering childhood trauma, depression, grief, and loss.
