I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2010 with a Specialization in Christian Sex Therapy. I have many years of experience working with adolescents, families, and adults battling anxiety, codependency, self esteem, and depression. I use a mix of Client-Centered Therapy, Christian Counseling, and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT). I favor CBT and the Client-Centered approach. Being a counselor allows me the privilege of walking with someone in the midst of their struggles towards healing.
