I specialize in working with individuals who experience anxiety as well as individuals and couples during the perinatal phase of life. I support clients in identifying and learning coping skills, as well as communication skills. Many are surprised, discouraged, or feel isolated at such an incredibly rewarding and challenging time in life and unsure how to build a support system. My goal is to help clients navigate and discover how to incorporate parenthood into their identity, maintain their relationships, and acknowledge their experience. You are not alone, there will be a village, and I'll support you while you put yours together.
