Laura earned her master's in professional counseling as well as a bachelors in cross-cultural studies. She is trained in, and is passionate about alternative healing modalities including meditation, yoga, and somatic practices. Laura believes in the power of blending ancient eastern practices with modern western therapies. Clients who work with Laura appreciate her non-judgmental approach, open-mindedness and ability to create a safe and supportive space in which they can connect more deeply with their own experience.
