Struggling with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges can seem endless and exhausting. I have over 12 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults who present with many different symptoms. Meeting my clients where they are and working together to find balance, stability, and compassion is at the forefront of my practice. Therapy is a great tool to start developing new and effective coping tools. Establishing rapport and building a connection with these individuals is very important to my therapeutic approach.
