I am invested in working with adults living with chronic illnesses and those impacted by an abusive relationship. I have an ongoing remote Chronic Illness Therapy Group that offers support, psycho education, and growth over the course of 10 weeks. I come from a humanistic and feminist theory approach, which means I will meet you where you are at, empower you, and we will work together collaboratively towards your therapy goals. I am IFS and trauma-informed as well. My hope for clients living with chronic illness is to heal the medical trauma they have experienced, grieve their healthy selves, and more.
