It can be incredibly intimidating and scary to seek out therapy when struggling with mental health. I recognize that reaching out to start therapy takes a certain degree of courage and I commend you on taking these steps towards healing. I am an LMSW and I am currently working towards my independent clinical license. I am enjoy connecting with adult and adolescents who are navigating one or more of the following experiences: ongoing management of depression, anxiety, trauma history, adjusting to life transitions, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, women's issues, ADHD, and issues pertaining to the LGBTQIA+ community.
