My mission is to heal trauma. In practice for 25 years, I specialize in trauma, informed by EMDR, Internal Family Systems, &other modalities. Incorporating body-based practices, I help my clients connect with their strength & inner wisdom. I believe everyone deserves healing, is capable of healing, and that trauma blocks healing & connection to self/others. I work with adults and teens around a variety of struggles and life changes and provide play therapy for young children. I believe that what is often labeled as stuckness/resistence/pathological is how an individual learned to adapt to to danger and threat.
