I’ve helped hundreds of clients who struggle with self-worth as a result of complex PTSD as well as working with clients to increase feelings of safety after a traumatic experience. I believe that each of my clients deserve a life filled with endless possibilities, but have found that my clients are often blocked in experiencing meaningful lives due to unprocessed trauma. It has nothing to do with whether someone deserves good things at all, but rather the lack of safety that comes up for my PTSD clients that prevents them from fully experiencing a more meaningful life.
