Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who has been working with individuals, young adults, couples, children and families for over 20 years. Laura uses a solution-focused and client-centered approach that emphasizes the client's ability to develop their innate abilities to resolve the issues that they are facing. Communication and respect are important keystones to developing healthy relationships. In addition, she has worked with adults to resolve interpersonal issues, improve parenting and relationship skills and other stressors in their lives that create conflict and discomfort. Laura has worked and practiced in a variety of settings including a mental health clinic, local schools, and a non-profit agency providing services to a wide array of clients. Laura has developed many skills to help individuals and couples in need.
