Healing is hard, but it doesn’t have to feel lonely. That’s why I do this work. I work with kids (ages 3+), teens, adults, and couples who are figuring out life in all its messier parts like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity questions, relationship struggles, and big life transitions. Some sessions are deep and tender; others might bring out some laughter, a well-timed eyebrow raise, or even a truth bomb. At the heart of my therapy practice, I’m honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey, celebrating the small wins, holding the hard stuff, and reminding you that growth, discovery, and hope are possible. With kids, therapy might look like sand tray, art, or play. With teens, it might be conversations about identity, belonging, or surviving high school. With adults and couples, we might dive into heartbreak, burnout, or repeating patterns. However you show up, I’ll meet you with compassion, honesty, and zero judgment.
