I work with adolescents (13+) and adults navigating the impacts of trauma, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), and concerns related to identity, body image, weight stigma, identity, and sexuality. I am affirming of clients in non-traditional relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy and polyamory, and I adamantly support members of the LGBTQIA+ community, including advocating for the rights and equality of transgender and gender-diverse individuals. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, self-aware...and tired. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in both mind and body.
