I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor trained as an Expressive Arts Therapist. For the past 25+ years I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families on such issues as: depression or stress management, childrens behavioral/ developmental concerns and related parental stress, adolescent self-esteem/insecurities or social difficulties,eating disorders,substance use and general adjustment to changes within families. I am fluent in a range of therapeutic approaches and I have the flexibility to tailor my approach to the individuals and families' needs and comfort level
