I'm passionate about working with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, perfectionism, family conflicts, and the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in connection. I work with high-functioning individuals who may appear “fine” on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck internally. Therapy is a space where you can show up authentically—without judgment—while we work toward meaningful, lasting change.
