I believe in the power of genuine human connection and welcome the opportunity to help you cope, heal, and thrive. My lived experience allows me to provide deep connection and empathy for young women living with depression, anxiety, and stress over friendships and relationships. Lived experience also enables my unique support to those who are living with chronic illness, pre/post transplant, and medical trauma.
