I support adults through trauma, addiction, anxiety, and the often-invisible pressures that build over time. I offer a calm, grounded presence shaped by over ten years of expertise and advanced training, and a deep belief that real change is possible – even when it doesn’t feel that way yet. I am passionate about working with people whose experiences are often overlooked, including Native American women, men facing pressure, isolation, and grief in rural communities, and individuals in high-risk or high-stress professions. My clients often say they feel safe, understood, and able to be more honest in therapy than they expected. My previous work in Corrections, including five years at the Montana Women’s Prison, gave me a profound understanding of what it means to hold space without judgment and to help people navigate even the most difficult parts of their story. I see progress not as fixing something broken, but learning to know – and trust – yourself again, one step at a time.
