I am now accepting new clients for daytime sessions. My primary goal is aligning with you and understanding your life experience so we find the best ways to support you. I work with adult clients experiencing life transitions, anxiety, or depression utilizing CBT or DBT strategies. For children and teenagers, work is centered around identifying areas of concern and collaborating with caregivers on these areas. With children 12 and under, I utilize child centered play therapy as their primary way of communicating and processing is play.
