I am ready to work with individuals willing to engage in their healing journey. If you are ready to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, family conflict, parenting concerns, or grief and loss then I am here for you. I have extensive training in highly effective therapies: EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will provide a safe place without judgment to assist you through life's challenges to find meaning in your story through the process of therapy. All therapy can have a Christian focus, if desired. I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals. I will provide a safe and non judgmental environment while collaborating on developing a treatment plan that empowers. I believe in allowing the space for individuals to process thoughts and emotions while finding healing through a collaborative process of discernment and self-discovery.
