I'm a mom, an active animal rescue advocate, a cheerleader for the underdogs in life, and someone who has been through enough to know that compassion carries us a lot further in healing than judgement ever could. I earned my master's in science and Mental Health Counseling to support others on their journeys. My experience, both personal and professional, has shown me that every story is unique, important, and deserves to be heard. They say the only way out is through, but you don't have to go through it alone.
