About

Are you navigating a life you never expected—caring for your grandchildren, adjusting to retirement, becoming a caregiver, or feeling overwhelmed by a major life change? You’re not alone! Navigating these and other major life transitions often comes with stress, grief, role or identity shifts. Many carry more than their share, often quietly and without support. Whether you’re raising grandchildren, coping with the loss of a role or identity, or adjusting to other significant life changes, therapy can be a place to breathe, process, and regain your balance. I work with adults who are navigating transitions that often bring a range of emotions, including stress, anger, grief, and shifts in identity. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches to help clients manage anxiety, develop coping skills, find clarity, and feel more empowered.
