About
I offer a psychodynamic and problem-focused, existential approach to help individuals gain insight into themselves, using relflection and goals to initiate change. I offer a collaborative space where clients can reflect, heal, and create meaningful change. Trained in Self Psychology and Relational Psychoanalysis at the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute, I integrate evidence-based methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and depression, and Gottman Family Therapy to improve communication and help you make choices to enhance your life - career, relationships, family - and negotiate hurdles or grieve losses. I've worked with Veterans, Seniors, Families, Parents, Adults, Adolescents, and Children. Therapy can help you strengthen communication, navigate life’s transitions, and find both short- and long-term solutions that support growth, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
