I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with adolescents (12+), adults and families by providing a compassionate, affirming and non-judgmental space to explore life’s challenges. With over 15 years of experience, I use an eclectic therapeutic style incorporating interventions from multiple therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is an integral part of helping my clients to achieve personal growth, improve awareness and gain insight into patterns of emotional issues.
