As a certified EMDR therapist, I specialize in easing anxiety, healing trauma, and supporting those navigating infertility, birth trauma, and loss. My approach blends structure with compassion, grounded in science, but always deeply human. I offer flexible formats: weekly EMDR therapy and EMDR intensives (extended sessions that allow us to go deeper, faster). Some clients prefer the steady rhythm of weekly therapy, while others choose intensives when they’re ready to focus on something specific. Many find a hybrid approach a supportive structure.
