Hello! My name is Laura and I am an experienced clinical counselor and I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults and their families for 10 years. I enjoy helping clients navigate issues of depression, anxiety, low self esteem, challenges with school, help with relationships and support them in reaching their goals. I work with grief and loss, identity and life transitions. I have worked with acute issues as well including self harm, suicide, and trauma. I use a culturally sensitive lens and focus on attachment, family systems, mindfulness and cognitive behavior therapy to increase positive coping skills.
