I consider it a great privilege to help my clients with their most personal struggles and it is with this mind-set that I seek to provide a safe and compassionate space to begin our work together. As a clinical social work therapist for 23 years, I have enjoyed helping many children, adolescents and adults cope with issues such as anxiety, OCD, depression, low self-esteem, and family discord. Working from a strength-based perspective, I utilize a range of treatment modalities including CBT, DBT and mindfulness to help my clients reach their goals.
