In my practice, I work with a range of psychological and emotional issues including mood disorders and depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-esteem difficulties, and identity and adjustment concerns. I also work with eating concerns (anorexia, bulimia, body image), and specialize in maternal mental health (perinatal/postpartum). I also treat couples and work with marriage and family concerns.
