I have worked with people through their bodies, minds, and souls for more than 25 years. My focus is in Somatic-Depth work. Depth Psychology looks at what is going on deeper than thoughts and behaviors. Somatic Psychology brings respect for what the body has experienced, and for its wisdom. Somatic and Depth together reclaim psychology from behavioralism—-restoring a reverence for the soul. I work in a way that is gentle and deeply respectful. Together, we will listen for what is asking to heal and use modalities that support the body, brain, nervous system, heart, and soul to come into the present moment, balance, and strength.
