Hello, and thank you for exploring my work! I have built my practice on the principle of safe connection. My belief is that when you feel safe to be your truest self, you are able to talk about and unlock the wounds needing to heal. When you feel understood, you are able to access the compassion and healing needed to resolve the issues tripping us up in everyday life. My work is to create a safe healing space so clients and loved ones find the healthy relief they have been seeking. Clients enter my office for a variety of reasons, but it is more often my approach that encourages clients to stay for the healing work. I'm here to provide a safe, judgement free zone for you to explore the things blocking you from the change you desire. I will help you identify your goals and support you in your journey.
