In my practice, I primarily serve adolescents (10-19) and young adults (20s-30s-40s) with presenting issues including but not limited to anxiety, relationship conflict, low self-esteem, career stress/uncertainty, and grief/loss. I provide specialized support to clients going through life transitions such as high school to college, college to career, and new parenthood. Additionally, as a neurodivergent-affirming clinician, I work with individuals on the Autism spectrum and with ADHD, providing clients a better understanding of these neurotypes and how to manage both their strengths and their challenges.
