When faced with one of life's many obstacles, I believe the first important step is to reach out for support. We may need help to move through a transitional time in our lives, to work through a rough patch, or to build skills to better manage a crisis. Examining issues through a CBT lens allows us to identity thoughts and behaviors that can cause us distress. We address these thoughts and behaviors to improve your life. I believe all individuals have strengths. Through therapy, we will work together to capitalize on these strengths and develop a healthier sense of self.
