Each person's broad web of relationships and external circumstances impacts their view of the world and ability to cope within it. With over 20 years experience as a clinical psychotherapist, I consider these and other factors in my work with adults and couples. My approach is empathic, interactive and collaborative. While i see the importance in identifying root causes for behavior, i believe it is equally important to focus on coping mechanisms in the present and developing effective solutions for managing life's difficulties.
