Hi, I’m Laura Grant, a licensed clinical social worker empathetically serving adults of all ages across Alabama. Life can feel heavy — whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or feel as though you’re “stuck” in your day to day. I believe in the innate resilience of each person and as your therapist, my goal is to provide you with a warm, nonjudgmental space that empowers you to process, grow and continue making forward movement on your personal journey.
